N.B. THE PRICE IS A DAY, FOR APARTMENT

SEASON

The rest of the year.

• And’ a discount of 10% for stays of a week.

• Do not include the calculation of the number of people children from 0 a 2 year old.

• Breakfast on request : 5 € a person

The price includes

• Linens for bed, bathroom and kitchen, Weekly change;

• Cleaning.

• Electric energy, gas, water

• Warm Up.

• Free use of swimming pool and other equipment.

• Any use of the crib or cot by 0 a 2 year old.

La prenotazione avviene mediante comunicazione scritta via e-mail (info@ilcalcinaio.it) indicating:

• Name, Last Name, Street Address, Telephone number, e-mail.

• Arrival and departure date, number of people, age of people, type of apartment chosen ( 4 the 6 places).

The apartment will be blocked as a result of the payment of the deposit by:

• Vaglia postale intestato a Il Calcinaio s.a.s., via Monte Oliveto 21, 06081, Palace of Assisi (PG).

• Bank transfer at UNICREDIT Madonna Olive Assisi (PG), IT 88 U 02008 38278 000104959175, intestato a Il Calcinaio s.a.s.

Booked to stay for long (at least 5 days ) must be paid a deposit of 30%.

For reservations for short stays ( the 2 a 4 days ) go early payment of at least one night.

In the event of a cancellation are the following penalties:

• the 60 a 30 days before the date of arrival is considered the 30% of the deposit;

• the 30 a 15 days before the date of arrival is considered the 70% of the deposit;

• within 15 days from the date of arrival is retained 100% of the deposit;

• The balance is done at the end of the stay, by cash, credit card or ATM.
